Frequently Asked Questions

  1. The product was damaged in transit, can I get a new product?

A corrective invoice is issued for a product that has been damaged during transport, on the basis of which we refund money for it. Necessary to return the product is a protocol drawn up together with the courier, which should be sent to us in the form of a copy by e-mail.

  1. What is the difference between a remanufactured product and a non-reclaimed product?

Non-reconditioned product: a completely new replacement manufactured in the manufacturer's factory.

Remanufactured product: a replacement supplemented with printing powder / pigment along with new electronic components, which has been refilled from the manufacturer's original product. The replenishment / regeneration takes place at the factory in the manufacturer's factories.

  1. The product does not work after inserting it into the printer, why?

After displaying the error by the printer, please check:

  • whether all security features from the product have been removed,
  • whether the printer driver is up-to-date,
  • that there are no cracks or mechanical damage to the product,
  • whether the product has been installed in accordance with the instructions for the printer,
  • whether the selected product is correct, intended for the given printer model.

If all steps have been taken and the product still does not work properly, please make a complaint. In order for the complaint to be accepted, it is required to fill in the form available in downloadable files.

  1. Where can I track my shipment?

The parcel number is generated automatically after the order is processed and is sent by e-mail. The parcel can be tracked on the carriers' websites depending on the chosen method of delivery.

  1. Why a replacement?

A printer is a very useful device, and sometimes indispensable. Sometimes, however, the purchase of consumables for them can be a pain in the stomach, especially when the user verifies the price of the original material, which very often has a price similar to the printer for which it is intended. Then the manufacturers of much cheaper and often much more efficient replacements come to the fore.

  1. Why is there such a big difference in price between the replacement and the original?

Contrary to appearances, it is not about quality. And the generally prevailing rule that a cheaper product means worse quality does not apply here. The price of the originals is high because the producers incur huge costs related to marketing and promotional activities.

And the replacements? Substitutes are usually products without the so-called "Brand" that does not need to be promoted in any special way. If the user does not care about a branded product, and additionally wants to reduce the costs of consumables, then he should definitely choose replacements that are of the same quality as the more expensive counterparts.
